- Boil the potatoes for 30 minutes
- Pour the olive oil into the frying pan
- Add the garlic after 15 seconds add the chopped ham, then bell pepper, onions
- Stir and add some salt, ground pepper and basil
- Filter ther noodles and pour it in the frying pan
- Mix and add some celery
- Fry the potatoes on a different pan with olive oil, garlic, bell pepper, salt and onions
Add the pasta water to the skillet and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. When pasta is almost cooked, heat the extra virgin olive oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat. Lower the heat and add garlic and a pinch of salt. Stir in the parsley, tomatoes and chopped scallions. When the pasta is ready, remove from heat, drain cooking water and return.
