Instructions to make Rice Paratha:
  1. Soak Gobindobhog Rice overnight in water. Next morning, drain out the water. Put it in blender. Chop the potato into cubes. Put it in blender. Make paste.
  2. Take out the paste in a bowl. Add 1 tsp salt, 1 Tsp sugar. Add 1 tsp Baking Powder. Whip everthing.
  3. Chop the veggies. Put it in bowl. Add nuts. Mix everything.
  4. Pour ghee in pan. Spread the oil/ghee with a brush.
  5. Pour 1 ladle of batter in pan. Fry golden.
  6. Cover in between so that Paratha gets cooked well.

I have used rice and leftover rice in Paratha and enjoyed with mango pickle. Cover and keep aside till we make the rice filling for the paratha. Next, we will combine the leftover rice, chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, lemon juice and salt. Stir to combine the ingredients well.
