Bring a large pan of lightly salted water to the boil. In a frying pan, cook beef until brown over medium heat. Use a handheld blender to blitz the sauce until smooth then season well. Stir in the drained pasta then transfer everything to a large baking tin. Cook the penne following pack instructions.
