- Dice the red onions and the mushrooms and coat in a mixture of salt, soy sauce and sugar.
- Fry mixture in butter until browned, then add cream cook slowly and stir frequently making sure the cream doesn't over boil.
- Once sauce has thickened remove from heat.
- Add spaghetti, steak and sauce onto a plate and enjoy!
