- Boil raw pasta according to instructions given on the package. Boil them around 10-12 minutes. To check wheather pasta is cooked or not. Then transfer the cooked pasta to a large colander and drain excess water.
- Boil sweet corn.
- Now, heat 1/2 teaspoon oil in a pan. Add 1/4 cup capsicum, onion, carrot and salt.
- Stir and until veggies are little cooked for around 2-3 min. Then turn off the flame and transfer them to a plate.
- Heat 2 tblspn butter in the same pan. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
- Add Maida. Stir continously and cook for a min.
- Pour 1 cup milk little by little while stirring continously. Cooking until mixture starts to thicken.
- Add oregano, chilli flakes and black pepper powder. Mix well.
- Add sauted veggies, pasta and sweet corn.
- Turn off the flame and mix well.
- Transfer to serving plate. White sauce pasta is ready now. Garnish it with cheese and sauce.
