Instructions to make Onion Chilli Pakoda:
  1. In a mixing bowl add Gram flour and make a batter by adding water slowly and stirring it to avoid formation of lumps. Mix all the dry masala ingredients in Gram flour batter.
  2. Wash peel and chop onion lengthwise. Slit green chilli from centre and fill mango powder and salt mix in it.
  3. Heat oil in a wok. Dip green chilli in Gram flour batter and fry in wok till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from other side also. Transfer it in a plate.
  4. Mix onions in remaining gram flour batter and put spoon full of mixture in hot oil and fry. 6-8 pakodas can be fried at a time. Flip the side and fry from other side also. Transfer it in a plate. Likewise make all the pakodas.
  5. Serve hot with Tomato ketchup for evening tea.
