- Take 1 cup Soya Chunks
- Get 4 cups Water
- Prepare 1 Tbsp Thick curd
- Take Half tsp Salt
- Make ready 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- Prepare Half tsp Crushed pepper
- Make ready 1 tsp Kashmiri Lal Red Chilli Powder
- Take 1/4 cup Corn Flour
- Make ready As required Oil for frying

- Take Half Cup Spring Onions chopped
- Get 4-5 Chopped Garlic
- Prepare 2 tbsp Chopped Onions
- Prepare 4 tsp Oil
- Get 1 Green Chilli Slit
- Take 12-13 cubed capsicum
- Prepare 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- Prepare 1 tbsp Vinegar
- Make ready 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- Take 1 tsp chilli Sauce
- Take 1/4 tsp Crushed pepper
- Take 1/4 tsp salt
- Prepare For Corn Flour Slurry:
- Prepare 1 tsp Corn Flour
- Prepare 1/4 cup Water
Steps to make Soya Chilli:
- First of all boil 4 cups of water. Once it's completely boiled switch off the flame and add soya Chunks. Let soya Chunks dipped in boiled hot water for 10 mins.
- Now after 10 mins squeeze the extra water from soya Chunks and keep them aside.
- Marinate Soya Chunks with curd, Ginger Garlic Paste, salt, pepper, red chili powder and corn flour. Rest it for 4-5 mins
- Now heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry all the marinated soya Chunks till they are crunchy and cooked.
- In a separate kadai heat oil, add chopped garlic and green chili. Saute it for a minute
- Now add onions and spring onions. Gas flame should be in high.
- Add cubed capsicum and saute well till raw aroma of capsicum disappears.
- Now add - Tomato Sauce, soy sauce, chill sauce and vinegar.
- Now add salt and crushed pepper. Saute well.
- Add cor flour Slurry and saute till gravy is thickened and turns glossy.
- Now add fried Soya Chunks and mix well
- Transfer Soya Chilli in a serving plate and serve hot with fried rice or as a starter.
