  2. Get 2 tbsp cornflour
  3. Take 3 tbsp all purpose flour

  13. Take 1 spring onion, chopped
  14. Make ready 2 green chilli, sliced
  15. Take 2 tsp ginger, chopped
  16. Get 1 onion, diced
  17. Prepare 2 tsp garlic, chopped
  18. Take 1 capsicum, diced
  19. Make ready 2 tsp soy sauce
  20. Prepare 1 tsp Red chilli sauce
  21. Get 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  22. Make ready to taste Salt
  23. Make ready 1/2 cup water
  24. Make ready 1 tbsp cornflour
  25. Prepare 1/4 tsp white vinegar
  26. Make ready Few coriander leaves chopped
Steps to make Chilli Paneer:
  1. First a large bowl add cornflour, all purpose flour, ginger+ garlic paste, red chilli powder, black pepper, salt and water mix well to get a smooth batter now add paneer cubes coat gently, keep aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Now heat 3 tbsp oil in pan fry paneer cubes for both sides, Remove fried paneer cubes on kitchen paper towel.
  3. In the same pan, there will be some oil left, add chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies stir fry for few seconds.
  4. Add spring onion, onion, capsicum fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add red chilli powder, soy sauce, red chilli sauce stir well.
  6. Add 1/2 cup water mix well. Cook simmer.
  7. Take a small bowl add 1 tbsp cornflour, add 2 tbsp water for dissolving cornflour, mix well. Add this cornflour mixture to the gravy mix well.
  8. Add salt, fried paneer cubes mix very well with the gravy.
  9. Switch off flame add vinegar.
  10. Garnish and Serve chilli paneer.
