Instructions to make Healthy meal:
  1. For deep fried chicken defrost and in a mix mix flour and spices and on the another bowl mix eggs then boil chicken just for 20 minutes then allow to cool
  2. Heat a pot with olive oil then dip chicken into eggs then into the flour mixture and deep fry
  3. Boil cabbage a bit then drain water and add green and red pepper, then add a bit of salt and pepper and lemon and herb spice a bit and fry until it's soft and brown a bit
  4. Grill butternut and drizzle honey don't top until soft then pour cream when serving
  5. Boil carrots until soft and enjoy…
