- Coat the blooming onion to dry mixture first.
- Now dip the onion into the wet mixture and then coat it well.
- Dip it into the dry flour mixture again. Place in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes while you preheat the oil.
- Pour enough oil to cover the onion into a deep fryer or deep pot. Preheat the oil.
- Allow to fry one side and then flip over to fry other side until beautiful golden brown.
