  2. Make ready 1 Green capsicum
  3. Prepare 200 gms paneer

  5. Get 2 tomatoes

  7. Take 1 Green chilli
  8. Get To taste salt
  9. Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  10. Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp coriander seed (powdered)
  13. Make ready 2 tbsp cooking oil
  14. Make ready 2 tbsp water
Instructions to make Chilli Paneer:
  1. Wash and Chop red and green capsicum and onion. Cut paneer in pieces. Grate tomatoes and ginger.
  2. Heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put onion. Saute for 2 minutes. Add ginger and tomato paste and cook till oil leaves the karahi. Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and coriander seeds powder and mix well.
  3. Now add all vegetables and 2 tbsp water and cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes on low flame. Switch off the flame.
  4. Serve hot with chapatti or parantha.
