  7. Put Stock cube in about 1/2 pint, 250 mls Hot Water, stir, then add to pot. Bring to the boil, then cover and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until all vegetables are soft, but not mushy.
  8. Can be eaten on its own, or as a side dish. Can also be frozen up to 6 months, or blitzed to make soup. Enjoy!!
