  1. Wash the chillies.
  2. Slit into lengthwise and remove all seeds and cut into medium pieces.
  3. Heat mustard oil in a pan and let it smoke first, switch off the gas,let it cool down a bit.
  4. Now again on the gas and add hing, jeera, rai,methi daana, saunf and let it spluttter. Now add green chillies and all dry spices and salt and cook for 2-3 mins.
  5. Off the gas and add lemon juice and mix well and it's done.
  6. I have taken big chillies as are less spicy, u can also take spicy ones
