- Make ready 300 gm Prawn
- Prepare 1 large Capsicum
- Take 1 large Onion
- Take 2 Medium size Tomato

- Prepare Mustard Oil to Cook
Steps to make Chilli Prawn:
- Wash prawns throughly in lukewarm water. Sprinkle salt and turmeric powder.
- Pour Mustard oil in pan. Put the prawns in pan for frying. Fry them golden and set aside after frying.
- Temper the same oil with 1 tsp sugar. Cut capsicum into cubes and put it for frying.
- Cut tomato and make paste. Add turmeric powder and black pepper powder. Mix everything.
- Put the paste in pan. Add onion cubes. Fry Everything till raw smell goes away.
- Add prawns. Add water. Cook for few minutes more.
