Instructions to make Okra Flower:
  1. Wash, dry, remove top and cut okra lengthwise into two halves. Microwave for 1 minute on high
  2. In a bowl mix corn flour, Maida, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, onion seeds and garlic - mint chutney. Add water to make a Thick paste.
  3. Take poha in a plate. Dip okra slices one by one in the paste and then in poha. Coat the poha well on each slice.
  4. Deep fry the okra flower on medium heat till poha is crisp and golden brown. Drain on a paper towel.
  5. Serve the crispy flowers with ketchup and chutney.
