- We take all ingredients like green chilli,boiled & Mashed Potatoes,all Spices and whole spices,Besan & rice flour.
- Now take a Bowl add Besan/ Gram Flour
- Now add Spices like salt1/2 tsp,rice flour, Carom Seeds,oil 2 tsp,Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp, Asafoetida/Heeng-1/4 tsp.mix well.add water slowly and gradually, remove the lums.and make a thick batter.
- Now take whole spices like whole coriander seeds,Carom Seeds, Cumin seeds, Fennel seeds.dry roast all Spices and make Roughly Grind powder.
- Now for Stuffing take a Pan add oil 2 tsp, asafoetida-1/4tsp, Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp, grated ginger 1 tsp,Chaat Masala,dry Mango powder, turmeric powder,garam masala powder, roasted Cumin Powder,salt.Mix well.
- Now add Boiled Mashed Potatoes, Roughly Grind dry Roasted powder. Mix well. Now add fresh chopped Coriander Leaves.mix well. Stuffing is Ready.
- Now add some water in Thick batter to make flowing Consistency thick running batter.Take large Size green chilli make a cut in the centre.
- Remove the seeds from the chilli.fill the potato Stuffing.Dip in the Batter.Deep fry in oil till golden brown on medium heat.
