- Get 3 tbsp oil
- Make ready 1 onion
- Make ready 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

- Get 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- Make ready 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- Take 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- Get 2 tsp Coriander leaves
Instructions to make Stuff Mirchi:
- Wash and rinse Mirchi (chilli). Slit from middle remove seeds and veins. Heat oil in a pan saute for 2-3min. Let it cool.
- For Stuffing:- Take spicy gathia and ratlami sev in a jar add cashew nuts kismiss red chilli powder fennel seeds and grind. Take in a plate add 1tsp oil mix well.
- Roast cumin coriander sessme seeds. And peanuts dry coconut grind make a smooth powder. Mix wth ghathia mixture add salt ginger chilli garlic paste red chilli powder and churn again make fine powder.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds cumin seeds crackle. Add grated onion salt and saute till looks transparant and add red chilli powder and turmeric powder and 1/2cup water and cook for 2-3min.
- Now stuff masala in Mirchi and place in a greavy Turn on flame and add left stuffing mixture churn with 2tbsp water and. Add 1 cup of water cover and cook on slow flame.3-5min. And serve. Garnish with sessme seeds and coriander leaves. Serve with paratha.
