Stir through the curry paste to coat the chicken, then fry for another minute or so. Add the shallots, soy sauce and fish sauce. Pour in the coconut milk and stir well. Add the green beans and a splash of water if the sauce is looking a bit dry.

  1. Boil the Green beans and baby marrow until soft enough to Mash, add to Large bowl
  2. Cook Onion and Curry in 500g oil, don't over cook the onions, when done you can wait for it to cool down to room temperature
  3. Peel the tomatoes and roughly chop them up, this will be added to the baby marrow and green beans which are mashed up
  4. Once you have mashed up the baby marrow, green beans and tomatoes, mix them together with 1 Tablespoon of Salt, add the Oil mixture and mix well
  5. You can now add this to bottles and put them in the fridge, can be served cold or warmed up. Can be stored for roughly 2 to 3 weeks as long as there is enough oil covering the mix

Pour in the coconut milk and stir well. Add the green beans and a splash of water if the sauce is looking a bit dry. Fry the onion in a little olive oil or butter until soft. Rinse green beans under water and snap off the stems. Slice the beans finely, add to the fried onion and cook together until the beans start to soften.
