The ingredients needed to make Onion Curry:
  1. Take 10-12 small onion
  2. Take 4-5 tbsp. Oil
  3. Take 250 gms Tomatoes
  4. Make ready 1/2 cup roasted peanuts

  6. Get 1/2 cup Nylon ghathia
  7. Get to taste Salt
  8. Make ready 3 tbsp. Kissmiss
  9. Make ready 6-7 cashewnuts
  10. Make ready 4-5 black pepper
  11. Make ready 2-3 cloves
  12. Make ready 1 " cinemon stick
  13. Get 1 tsp. Garam masala
  14. Get 1 tsp. Cumin coriander powder
  15. Take 1/4 tsp. Asofoetida
  16. Prepare 1/2 tsp. Turmeric powder
  17. Make ready 2 tsp. Kashmiri red chilli powder
  18. Take 1 tbsp. Ginger chilli garlic paste
  19. Take 2 tbsp. Jeggary
  20. Get 1 tbsp. Coriander
Steps to make Onion Curry:
  1. Peel and cut oinon from top and down sides. wash and rinse. Make sessme powder peanut powder and nylon ghathia powder in a mixi jar. Make a powder of cloves black pepper and cinemmon stick.
  2. Heat oil in a pan fry cashewnuts and kissmiss. Take out in a plate. Now add onion in oil and fry till it caramalised.looks brown in colour. And take in a plate.
  3. Now in same oil add ginger chilli garlic paste and sessme powder and cloves pepper cine mmon powder saute. Chopped and churn tomato in a mixi jar and add puree. Cover and Saute 4-5min. Now add turmeric powder asofotida red chilli powder cumin coriander powder and garam masala. Mix well. Add 2-3cup water ghathiya powder and roasted peanut powder mix well. And cover cook on mid slow flame 4-5min.
  4. Now add caramalised onion kissmiss and cashewnuts mix well lastly and add salt and jeggary and cook till oil realese approx.5-7min.Add chopped coriander stir and Serve garnish with oriander cashewnuts. Tasty Onion curry is ready to serve with paratha bhakhri or rice.
