  15. Take 3 tsp Garlic & Ginger paste
  16. Get 1 tsp green chilli paste or to taste
  17. Prepare Coriander fresh to garnish
  18. Prepare Garam masala 1/2 tsp at end

  5. Add 1 cup of water mix and set your slow cooker. On high for 4 hrs/medium for 6/low for 8hours depending on you time
  6. I normally do 6 hours on medium. And I stir half way through
  7. Finally add the coriander and Garam masala.. serve hot with rice naan or chappati

Heat the oil in a large, lidded saucepan over a medium-high heat. Once the sauce has thickened, transfer it to your slow cooker pot. Put all of the ingredients into the slow cooker pot with a third of a can of water and stir well.
