- First spread puff pastry. Cut round shape or any shape with a cutter brush with egg. Put filling in the center then top with another round piece of puff pastry. Brush with egg. Bake for 20 minutes.
Melt butter in microwave safe bowl and brush the top of patties / puffs with butter. Line the baking pan with parchment paper and arrange all the puffs on a baking pan. Put the chicken into a large bowl and add the lemon zest, thyme and parsley. Stir in enough crème fraîche to coat the ingredients. Cut the puff pastry block into three.
