Steps to make Chilli Chicken:
  1. In a clean bowl add chicken, corn flour, all purpose flour, egg, salt, black pepper, vinegar and garlic ginger paste and mix. Note: the layer of this mixture on the chicken should be consistent i.e. not too viscous.

  13. Add the fried chicken to the gravy and mix till the gravy is evenly mixed with the chicken on low flame
  14. Sprinkle some sesame seeds over the gravy after transferring into the serving dish
