- Make the chicken pokoras deep fry from both sides and keep it in a bowl.
- Add garlic,onion petals, Capsicum, tomatoes and saute it in high flame for 5 mins.
- When they become soft, add green chilli, soya sauce, tomato sauce,sugar and salt as per taste.
- Add the pokoras in it and mix it well.
- Add half cup water in it.
- 1tsp corn flour mixed with half cup water and pour it into the kadai.
- When it becomes dry,turn off the gas. Now it is ready to serve.
