- Rinse the soaked rice, strain and put in a blender. Add the Coconut milk, Sugar, Cardamoms and Yeast and blend into a midthick batter.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl (…smells gooood!). Drop the cubed onion into the mixture and sprinkle about 2 pinches of salt to balance the sugar.
- Mix it all evenly, cover with cling film and let it rest for about 30-45 minutes to rise. Ready to fry now.
- In a frying pan, heat a tbl spn of oil, Scoop sizeable batter and fry into a rich golden brown color.
- Serve them while warm to accompany your tea! Easy to make so go enjoy those pancakes with a side plate of fruit salad;-)
