This is THE perfect fruitcake recipie. Good cake texture and not too much fruit. The cake mixture, using four eggs, filled an eight inch round tin and took THREE AND A HALF HOURS to bake at the stated temperature. The cakes are done when a cake tester inserted into the center comes out clean.

Steps to make Fruit Cake:
  1. Preheat oven at 165* c. Grease a round cake baking mould.
  2. Mix butter,condensed milk, sugar,and vanilla essence, beat well by using a hand blender. - sieve soda, baking powder and flour so that it will be mix well.
  3. Add flour as well with milk to get right consistency of batter. - pour the batter into the baking tray.
  4. Bake for 20- 25 min keep it in room temperature for 20 minute, then slice the cake from middle and apply whipped cream in middle and on top as well,cut the fruit slices on top and enjoy
  5. Keep eyes on sponge while baking it
  6. Time and temperature depends on the quality of baking oven between 20-25 minute check the sponge with inserting tooth pick in it
