- Put in the fridge for half hour until firm

- Melt the other half of chocolate. sieve the cocoa powder into a shallow bowl
- Roll the balls to lightly cover in cocoa. then using a toothpick to hold them, cover in melted chocolate and place spaced apart on a plate
- Decorate as you cover them before the chocolate hardens. leave to harden in a cool place but putting in the fridge will make them look dull
- I used dark chocolate with plum jam and mint extract and milk chocolate with strawberry jam and vanilla extract then covered both types in a variation of milk and white chocolate. I used coloured sugar, coloured balls, orange zest and cocoa powder to decorate
