  14. Repeat the process untill all the chocolate chips are melted properly.
  15. Now add cream in melted chocolate coffee mixture.
  16. Mix softly till it is mixed.
  17. Chocolate mousse is ready.

  19. When the mousse is ready take out the cake pan from the fridge.
  20. Pour chocolate mousse on the biscuit chocolate base.
  21. Spread the mousse evenly by tapping the pan with hands lightly.
  22. Pour 1 tbsp of whipped cream in the center and few on sides of the mousse.
  23. Make swirls or designes with toothpick.
  24. Do not overdo it…otherwise it will mix with the mousse.
  25. Keep the pan in the fridge to set.
  26. When it is set properly remove the base from the pan carefully.

  30. If not having a cake pan with removeable base….in that case..cover the cake pan with cling film or simple foil paper.

  32. Then add filling and when set hold the cling film from all sides the pushing it upwords & take it out of the pan.
