- Melt dark chocolate using double boiler or microwave & coat silicone moulds with melted chocolate. Let them set for atleast an hour.
- Meanwhile preapre the white chocolate mousse by whipping heavy cream (add 1/4 cup sugar if using unsweetened) & then add melted white chocolate to this. Mix well & the mousse is ready.
- Now unmould the chocolate cups. (Silicon is flexible so it's quite easy to unmould it but be gentle while doing this so that you dont end up breaking the cups)
- Now crush some oreo cookies or any other chocolate cookies of your choice & make a crumble base to fill the cups by adding little butter.
- Top the cups with white chocolate mousse using a piping bag. & decorate with some sprinkles.
