  3. Then separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. And one by one add the yolks to the mixture mixing after each one.
  4. Beat the egg whites until they are firm.
  5. Then fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
  6. Once its all nicely mixed spoon into invidual ramekins.
  7. Leave in the fridge for two hours to set.
  8. Once set decorate your mousse. I sprinkled powdered suger over mine just before serving and added a few slices of banana.
