  4. Now take wipped cream beat it with beater for 5-7 minutes.keep aside.now make chocolate a ganache.(If you want you use any chocolate syrup you can use instead of Dark chocolate ganache)
  5. Now cut your cake from middle in two parts.in other bowl take some cream add 2-3 spoon of ganache mix with the help of spatula and spread cream in one part of cake and then on top of the cake.your crumble coating is complete.
  6. After that keep Your cake in fridge for 10 min.until it cream is take out set make white chocolate ganache keep aside.
  7. Now take out the cake and apply the cream well over it.again fridge Your cake for 10 min
  8. After that microwave Your gance for 1 min add 2-3 spoon amul cream.it will lukewarm do not too hot add 2 -3 drops of liquid colour red yellow blue and pour on Your cake.leave it for few seconds until extra chocolate does not fall.keep your cake in fridge until your cake is set. Your cake is ready to serve.
