In a bowl add Dudhi, sesame seeds,carrom seeds, asafetida, red chilli powder, turmeric, sugar, salt, coriander powder and coriander. You can add little water if required. Oats is very healthy, rich in fibre. These wadi or muthiya is healthy, quick, tasty and easy recipe with oats.
Steps to make Oats Muthiya:
- Take oats and powder it in mixer grinder, Take a mixing bowl add oats, besan, whole wheat flour, grated lauki add green chillies, ginger garlic paste, salt, 2 tbsp oil, baking soda (on top of it add 2 to 3 drops of lemon) mix everything make soft dough.
- Now on steamer, grease the the steaming tray with oil take dough on hands and make oval long shaped roundels. Steam it for 15 minutes.
- Allow it cool down completely, cut in small pieces. Take pan Put 3 tbsp oil add mustard seeds, sesame seeds,curry leaves add steamed muthiya. On slow flame roast it for 5 to 10 minutes and garnish with coriander and serve with chutney & curd.
