  1. Grind semolina and oats to powder. Mix wheat flour, salt, turmeric, cumin powder, red chilli powder and chaat masala.
  2. Add yoghurt to the oats mix and make the batter. Chop the vegetables.
  3. Mix the chopped veggies well in batter.
  4. Heat a wok with oil/ghee. Take a ladle of uttapam batter and spread evenly. Cover and fry on medium to low flame. Flip and fry the other side.
  5. Serve yummy oats uttapam with tomato and coconut chutney. Thanks
