- At First, take the Oats and Add the Flour, Onion, Potato, Carrot and the Masala Powders and Mix them well
- Then Add Water Little by Little and Mix well
- Then take a Dosa Tawa, Pour some Oil to it and Add the Oats Batter to it
- Then Add some Oil and Toast it for the 2 Sides and our Healthy Oats Adai is Ready to Serve Now!!

So when I saw oats adai, I instantly tried it and loved it so much. Lentil with oats is a healthy and tasty combination. I didnt wait for any chutney for sidedish just digged in with idli podiand tomato sauce 🙂 So I made adai with oats which is very tasty and yummy.
