- Take 2 cup masala oats in a bowl,add onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies, capsicum, carrot, cabbage,salt and pepper.mix well

- Roll them into balls and deep fry the oats balls till they are golden brown in color and turn Crispy
- Heat a pan with some oil,add garlic, Ginger, onion, capsicum and saute for 2 mins.
- Add saya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar,water and mix well.
- Add the fried Manchurian balls and mix well.
- Garnish it with some chopped spring onion and serve hot.
