Hey everyone, hope you are having an incredible day today. Today, we’re going to make a special dish, homemade bread. It is one of my favorites. For mine, I will make it a little bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Homemade Bread is one of the most popular of current trending meals on earth. It’s simple, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It’s appreciated by millions every day. Homemade Bread is something which I’ve loved my whole life. They are fine and they look fantastic.

To begin with this particular recipe, we must prepare a few ingredients. You can cook homemade bread using 6 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Homemade Bread:
  1. Make ready 6 cups Flour
  2. Get 2 cups warm water
  3. Make ready 1/2 cups sugar
  4. Take 10 grams Yeast
  5. Prepare 1/4 cups oil
  6. Take 1 teaspoon salt
Steps to make Homemade Bread:
  1. Mix yeast sugar and salt, then add your water and let proof for 5 -10 min, after the period you should se activation of the yeast, then add in the oil.
  2. Add the flour one cup at a time while mixing to ensure no dry flour is left.
  3. Transfer dough mixture into an oil covered bowl and cover either with a lid if the bowl has one or a towel. Cling wrap can also be used to cover the bowl. Once the bowl is covered move the bowl to a warm area. Keep for an hour or more. The purpose is to double your mix.
  4. Once you mix has doubled remove form the bowl and onto a floured surface, then knead your dough. Roll out your dough and cut into two then fold the halves and put into your greased baking loaf tins.
  5. Cover your baking tins for another 30 to 40minutes and put them in a warm area.
  6. Preheat the oven @ 180 oC for 10-15min in the last 10-15 min of you waiting tim in step 4 before putting your dough into the oven. Bake for 30 min @180 oC maybe less depending on size of pan, I have mini loaf tins on which I do 25 min @ 180 oC for my recipe.
  7. This dough on my small sized tins can make 3 bread loaves, if using the big loaf tins you may increase the baking time to 35 - 40min. Once done, take out your bread from the baking pan and leave on a cooling rack. Enjoy
