Instructions to make Oats Manchurian:
  1. Take 2 cup masala oats in a bowl,add onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies, capsicum, carrot, cabbage,salt and pepper.mix well
  2. Gradually add water and mix well. Let it sit for 5 minutes
  3. Roll them into balls and deep fry the oats balls till they are golden brown in color and turn Crispy
  4. Heat a pan with some oil,add garlic, Ginger, onion, capsicum and saute for 2 mins.
  5. Add saya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar,water and mix well.
  6. Add the fried Manchurian balls and mix well.
  7. Garnish it with some chopped spring onion and serve hot.
