- Make ready 1 cup oil or ghee
- Take 1 tsp Ginger paste
- Prepare 1 tsp Garlic paste
- Prepare 1 tsp zeera
- Take 2 black cardamom
- Make ready 4 cloves
- Prepare 1 bay leave
- Make ready Few black cardamom
- Take 1 cinnamon stick
- Get 1 tsp Garam Masala powder

Instructions to make Beef Yakhni Pulao:
- Take a pressure cooker and add water,meat and all ingredients of the stock and then cover the cooker for pressure for 20 to 25 minutes until meat is tender.
- Wash and soak the rice for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile the meat is cooking then take a skillet add oil, ginger garlic paste and fry.
- Add all spices and salt in it.
- Separate the meat and stock and strain the stock too. Add meat and green chilli and cook meat in the Masala.
- Add strained stock.
- Stock is blowing add rice and cook.
- When the stock will start drying then cover the lid for 15 minutes on low heat.
- Your tasty Beef Yakhni Pulao is ready. Serve hot with Raita.
